I have power of attorney for my friend that is in an assisted living facility. We needed to sell the house and used Jerry. Gabrielli homes was there from the start helping us decide how to price the home and making recommendations through the entire process. The home was sold in the month we listed it even though interest rates are on the rise. They provided electronic signature services, kept us informed at each step, checked on the house, assisted with information on a septic issue that came up while I was out of town. Andy Woolley of Gabrielli RE/MAX oversaw the sale of an investment property and the purchase and the new property via a 1031 exchange. From the onset of the relationship she showed the highest of professionalism, knowledge and drive. Had a lot of options when choosing a realtor in the Reno area. But even with all those options there is no competition. Brooke is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgable and competent in her field and a shrewd negotiator actively seeking and fighting to get you the best deal possible, even in an extremely challenging market. Life saver! Went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. I live 225 miles from the condo I had for sale. She went there and cleaned leaves out of my a/c area so I wouldn't get hit for a $50 fine by the HOA. She got a handyman to repaint for for wayyyy less than mine had quoted me. You absolutely cannot do any better. There may be a few realtors as good floating around somewhere, but none better.
